What is Pixowall? Pixowall helps you to make your walls personal and dynamic. As the photo prints are very easy to swap out, you can quickly adjust your collage. Our photo collages are made of frames that easily click together, and which you can hang on the wall without any drilling. You can also adjust the shape and expand the size of the collage, so a Pixowall always fits your space perfectly.

Our photo collage system is patented and unique in many ways. It consists of lightweight frames with connectors. This system allows you to hang your collage neatly against the wall without it fluttering or moving. You can easily insert the prints into the frames and swap them out in no time. You can create your own layout and even expand the system. This makes it easy to constantly update and customize your collage. The Pixowall is designed with a sleek look in mind, so you can hardly see the system and the photos therefore remain the focal point.

The frames are designed to easily click together using connectors. This allows you to create all sorts of shapes, making your Pixowall fit on any wall. You can effortlessly insert photo prints into the frames and swap them out whenever you want.

These are unique photo collages. They are either specially curated for Pixowall by professional photographers, also known as our ‘Master Collections’ or they can be corporate gifts specifically adjusted to your corporate style. They come with everything you need to assemble and hang them, using tesa Powerstrips®. For the corporate gift option, please fill in our contact form.

Yes, you can have your own photos printed through our website. Use the code you purchased digitally or received through a Gift card/voucher.

The number of prints you can order is stated on the Gift card. This is typically either 8 or 24 prints. These must be used in a single order, as no balance is saved. You can read all the Gift card terms and conditions on our website.

These collections are curated by professional photographers from their own work, specially for Pixowall. You can order ready-made photo collages or choose from a photographer’s entire collection. If you want to pick your own photos, you can order a Pixowall Master Collection with a Gift card/voucher for that photographer’s collection. The Gift card/voucher allows you to order prints from that photographer, and you can also mix and match them with your own prints.

The prints are 15 cm x 15 cm and fit perfectly into the slightly larger frame.

Our system is made from materials sourced from bio-waste streams. The packaging meets FSC certification standards.

Visit our website, select a ready-made photo collage from the Master Collections, and follow the steps to complete your order. You can also send this product directly as a gift. Just enter the recipient's shipping address when placing the order.

Yes, your Gift card code is not officially redeemed until you complete an order. However, keep in mind that a Gift card code is valid for one year only, so do not let it expire. You can find all the Gift card terms on our website.

You can enter your promo code in the order form at checkout, in the shopping cart.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and iDeal.

No, we currently only ship within the Netherlands.

Delivery times vary depending on your order. Expect a typical delivery time of 5-7 business days. This is valid for shipments to the Netherlands only. You will receive confirmation from the courier once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the courier to follow your shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Reach out to us through our contact page, and we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.

How can I contact customer service? Our customer service is available digitally. You can reach us through the contact form on our website or by emailing us at webshop@pixowall.com. 

First, try refreshing your browser or using a different one. Google Chrome currently offers the best performance. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team via the contact form.

Send an urgent email to webshop@pixowall.com. In the subject line, write: "Code not working" and include a photo of your Gift card with the code.

Our website editor works best with the latest version of Chrome, and it is ideal to use on a larger screen. While the editor is compatible with mobile devices, the smaller screen size may pose some challenges.

You can connect the frames using the connectors. Make sure the word "UP" is visible and positioned at the top of each frame. Attach the connectors to the back of the frames. First, mount your framework on the wall (see the next question for details), then slide the photos into the frames.

You can attach the assembled frame to a smooth surface using Tesa Powerstrips®. Note: if the paint on your wall does not adhere well, these adhesive strips may not work. In that case, use a small nail or another hanging method. The nail can be inserted through the hole above the word "UP" on the frame.

If you’re using Tesa Powerstrips®, follow these steps:

1. Flip the assembled frame so you can see the back. Make sure the area behind the section marked "UP" is clean and dry.

2. Take a Tesa Powerstrip® and remove the protective film from one side.

3. Stick the adhesive side of the strip to the area where the word "UP" and the arrow are located. Important: Make sure the strip extends from the bottom. This ensures the strip won't be visible when the collage is hung and is necessary for removing the collage later.

4. Press firmly to ensure the strip is securely attached.

5. Distribute the adhesive strips across your collage. Make sure to use enough strips, especially at the top, alternating every other frame (one frame with a strip, one without).

6. Mark your wall so you can hang the assembled frame straight.

7. Remove the protective films from the strips and press the frame onto the wall. Press firmly to ensure the adhesive strips stick well.

8. After 5 minutes, you can insert your prints.

If you have used Tesa Powerstrips®, you can remove them. To avoid damaging the wall as much as possible, follow these steps:

1. Remove all the prints from the assembled frame.

2. Where possible, detach frames that do not have adhesive strips. You can remove parts of the collage this way.

3. Press on the section of the frame where the adhesive strip is located and gently pull the exposed part of the strip straight down, slowly and parallel to the wall. This will allow you to remove the frame.

4. Repeat this for each frame with an adhesive strip.
