For Ester, photography is more than just looking; it is about seeing, making connections, capturing emotions, and creating intimacy. Whether it is portrait photography or travel documentaries, her images always tell a story.

As a child, Ester was already engaged with compositions, and although her father is a photographer, she discovered her passion only later. After studying at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, she worked with a renowned photographer as an apprentice. After five years, she began her career as a freelance professional photographer. She has created many portraits and travel reports for various magazines. Over the past 25 years, Ester has captured much of the world.
