The delivery terms of Thuiswinkel.nl are our starting point, with the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products. Below are the key points that apply to Pixowall purchases.

Article 1 - Definitions 

  1. Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal. 

  2. Consumer: A natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity. 

  3. Entrepreneur: A legal entity offering products and/or services remotely to consumers. 

  4. Distance Agreement: An agreement concluded exclusively through one or more techniques for remote communication.

Article 3 - Applicability 

These terms and conditions apply to all offers from Pixowall and to any agreement concluded remotely between Pixowall and the consumer. 

Article 4 - The Offer 

  1. Each offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products, services, and digital content offered. 
  2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Pixowall. 

Article 5 - The Agreement 

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set forth in the offer. 

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal 

  1. The consumer may cancel an agreement regarding the purchase of a product within a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason. 
  2. The right of withdrawal is excluded for products made according to the consumer's specifications, such as personalized photo collages. 

Article 7 - Price and Payment 

  1. The prices stated in the offer for products or services include VAT. 
  2. Payment must be made as specified during the ordering process. 

Article 8 - Delivery and Execution 

  1. Pixowall only delivers within the Netherlands. 
  2. Product delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer. 
  3. Pixowall will process accepted orders at a reasonable speed and, in any case, within 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed upon. 

Article 9 - Complaints Procedure 

  1. Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted in full and clearly to Pixowall within a reasonable time.

Article 10 - Disputes 

Dutch law applies exclusively to agreements between Pixowall and the consumer to which these terms and conditions apply.
